摘要
通过对飞机装配、飞机数字化柔性装配的分析,提出了飞机薄壁组件数字化柔性装配方法。结合国内外飞机数字化柔性装配的现状,着重对飞机薄壁组件的钣金蒙皮曲面上点的6个自由度定位以及数字化柔性装配系统的算法进行了分析和论证,为飞机薄壁组件数字化柔性装配提供一条敏捷化、精益化的生产思路。
A flexible assembling structural scheme about aircraft thin -wall components is proposed accomlng to the manufacture ability in assembling process on the basic analyzing of traditional and digital manufacturing technological process. Its mechanical structure is analyzed and proved based on corresponding theory and algorithm of six degree freedom positioning. As a guideline , a conceptual demostration of flexible assembling technology of agility and lean manufacture theory is presented.
