摘要
高校科研实验设备资源是重要的战略性科技资源,对国家科技创新和促进科技成果转化为生产力具有重要意义。然而,目前我国高校科研实验设备资源普遍存在利用率低、浪费严重的现象。因此,合理配置资源,实现科研实验设备资源共享成为迫切需要解决的问题。研究和分析了高校科研实验设备资源管理的现状,并对科研设备资源共享的机制进行了探讨。
At a strategic level, experimental equipment in universities is important resource, which has a significant meaning for promoting the transformation from scientific innovation and technical achievements to productivities. However, most of these resources are in the situation either utilized seldom or wasted seriously. Therefore, how to allocate and share the resources reasonably becomes an urgent problem. This paper analyzed the current situation of the equipment management in universities, and discussed the mechanism of sharing the research resources.
