摘要
常规的解列凝汽器半侧查找钛管漏点的方法盲目性较大且不实用。为此,建立了用于判断漏点区间的数学模型,并对凝汽器检漏装置进行改进,按照先判定泄漏点所在的水室再锁定管排最后确定漏点的方法,可快速发现泄漏点。广东粤电靖海发电公司超临界2×600 MW机组凝汽器钛管的检漏证实,该方法能准确快速地找到漏点的位置,值得推广。
The conventional leakage- searching method is to find the leak points with stoppage of half condenser, having larger blindness, and being unpractical. For this, a mathematic model for judging the zone,in which the leak points exist,has been established,and the leakage- seaching facility being ret- rofitted. According to the method of firstly judjing the water chamber,in which the leak- point is Ioca- ted,nextly locking out the leaking row of tubes, and finally determining the leak point, thus, the leak point can rapidly be discovered. The leakage - searching of titanium tubes used in condenser of super- critical 2× 600 MW units in Jinghai Power Generation Co Ltd proves that the location of leak - point can accurately and rapidly be found out by using the said method, being worth to be popularized to oth- er thermal power plants
