摘要
高职院校师资队伍建设的重点是双师型教师队伍建设,双师型教师队伍建设是张扬高职院校特色、培养学生创新和实践能力、开展教学改革、提高教学质量的关键。要搞好双师型教师队伍建设就要强化教师培训、建立创业机制、制定有力措施、通过课程体系及内容和教学方法的优化促进双师型教师队伍建设。
