速度向量成像技术对2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜病变的评价作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨速度向量成像(VVI)技术分析糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜的运动速度、应变、应变率及扭转运动的价值。方法根据血糖水平将61名受试者分为糖尿病组(35例)及正常组(26例)。采用Siemens公司的Sequoia512超声诊断仪,在VVI模式下,分别取左颈总动脉距颈动脉分叉处1.5cm及2.5cm处两个短轴切面,勾画动脉内膜,应用VVI软件自动跟踪分析颈动脉内膜的运动速度、应变、应变率并计算内膜扭转角度。结果糖尿病组左颈总动脉各壁内膜运动速度及应变率与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病组颈总动脉各壁应变及颈动脉内膜扭转角度与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用VVI这一新技术测定患者颈动脉内膜的运动速度及应变率有望成为评估糖尿病患者的血管并发症的新指标。 Objective To evaluate the relation of the motion of carotid to diabetics. Methods The systolic maximum velocity, the maximum strain and the maximum strain rate of the carotid arterial wall motion in diabetics group (35 eases) and normal group (26 cases) were measured by using velocity vector imaging. The vascular twist was also examined with VVI software. Results The maximum velocity and the maximum strain rate had significant difference between the diabetics group and the control group (P〈0.05). The maximum strain and the twist of walls had no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The novel method allows the detailed study of the motion of carotid in diabetics. It can reflect the changes of artery in the diabetic patients.
