摘要
本文对宁夏3个大型奶牛场1200多头奶牛的40份饲料和39分血样分别进行钙、磷、铁、铜、锌、锰、钴、硒、钼、碘、氟等11种元素的测定,结果表明:奶牛日粮产奶净能、奶牛能量单位、粗蛋白、可消化蛋白质、粗纤维、锌、锰、铁、钴、钼等均在正常需要量范围内,钙、磷含量不足,碘、硒严重缺乏,氟含量过高,铜随日粮啤酒糟的添加而得到满足。即宁夏奶牛长期处于硒、碘、钙营养缺乏,铜营养阶段性不足和氟含量过高的环境中。
feed samples and 39 blood samples from 1200 dairy cattle from 3 large-scale dairy cattle farms were identified for their content of 11 elements: calcium, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, cobalt, selenium, molybdenum, iodine and fluorine. The results indicate that in the diet of dairy cattle, milk producing net energy, energy unit of milk cattle, crude protein,digestible protein, raw fiber, zinc, manganese, iron, cobalt and molybdenum are all within scope of normal requirement, calcium and phosphorus are deficient, iodine and selenium are severely deficient, while the content of copper can meet the requirement when residue from beer-making was added to the diet. So it can be concluded that dairy cattle in Ningxia have been living under the environment of long-term deficiency of nutritional elements such as selenium,iodine and calcium, deficiency of copper and overly high content of fluorine .
