公路工程招投标工作已走向规范化、法制化、程序化的道路,要求招评标工作中的财务管理也必须规范化。从财务能力和投标保证金两方面论述在评标中如何进行财务评审,并提出采用财务分析指标法和流动资金法进行财务评审。
