摘要 孤立性纤维性肿瘤（Solitaryfibroustumor，SFT）是一种罕见肿瘤，好发于胸膜，近年来胸膜外发病也越来越多被发现，包括眼、鼻、肺、皮肤等，本文就我科两例发生于鼻窦鼻咽的非典型恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤的临床特点进行归纳总结，以提高对其认识。
