摘要
为了实现对汽车离合器的虚拟仿真测试,以及为离合器产品的全生命周期设计和评估提供支持,从而缩短开发周期,对汽车离合器的起步和换档工作过程进行了分析,并在此基础上建立了离合器数字化仿真模型,通过该模型,对汽车离合器起步阶段及行驶过程进行了动态虚拟测试。研究结果表明,得到的仿真测试数据可为汽车离合器的整体优化设计提供重要的参考依据。
To realizing automobile clutch virtual test, and supporting the whole cycle life of clutch products, then reducing the clutch developing time, the dynamitic model of clutch during the vehicle starting step and moving step was built, and the numerical simulation model of clutch was constructed. Based on the model, engagement and separation of clutch were simulated and tested during starting and shifting stage, and simulation curves of these two stages were obtained. The results show that the simulation datas can offer a guiding role and reference for the development of diaphragm spring clutch.
