摘要
为了能够满足设备研制和生产过程中的动态性能测试和故障分析的需求,基于高性能的数字信号处理器(DSP),以C语言为开发工具,完成了具有在线检测与故障分析功能的性能测试机构的设计;并利用硬件电路的可测试性设计,检测信号的双路并行处理相互印证技术;基于UDP协议的故障报告与分析等手段,实现了故障报告的实时接收和处理,故障代码的生成和传送。试验结果表明,借助于该测试机构,能够比较及时地反映重要单元的故障信息,并实现快速准确的故障定位。
In order to satisfy the requirements of dynamic performance monitoring and error analyzing during the equipments' developing and manufacturing, a kind of instrument was built using C language as developing tools, based on high performance digital signal processor(DSP). Depending on hardware circuit design for testability, multi-channel signal processing and inter-corroborate technical were detected, and based on the method of error analyzing and reporting according to UDP protocol, it was realized that actively receiving and managing the error report, analyzing and sending the exception code. The test results indicate that this instrument can report the exception code of the important part in time, and locate the error quickly and accurately.
