摘要
随着"国际航运"中心目标的提出,上海海洋经济的发展备受瞩目。首先分析了上海发展海洋经济在区位、交通、政策支持以及海洋科技文化四个方面的优势,然后指出了其发展海洋经济时在海洋资源开发和海洋发展规划中出现的问题,进而提出了相应的对策建议,期望能够对上海海洋经济的发展提供参考。
As the central goal of ＂creating international shipping＂ is proposed, the development of marine economy in Shanghai has been a great concern. This paper firstly analyzes the advantages for development of marine economy in Shanghai from four aspects of the location, transportation and policy support as well as marine science ＆ technology and culture, and then points out problems arising out of the development of marine resources and marine development planning, and further gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, looking forward to having certain reference value to the development of Shanghai＇s marine economy.
