摘要
为解决装配线基础工时数据缺乏以及工时制定复杂的问题,提出了基于基元操作分解的装配作业工时计算研究。根据装配线加工特性提出了符合装配生产实际的工时定额计算模型,针对其主要分量人工作业时间难以快速、准确地确定的问题,提出了基于基元操作分解的方法,给出了基元操作的概念和基元操作分解的原则,定义和分析了汽车部件装配线中常用的基元操作。对一组装配作业进行了分析,通过与原有定额的对比验证了方法的有效性。该方法简化了装配作业工时定额制定过程,为快速、准确制定基础工时定额提供了良好的理论模型。
In view of the basic man-hour data scarcity in assembly task and the difficulties in establishing the data, a study was presented on the calculation of man-hour in assembly task based on primitive decomposition. A man-hour calculation model confirming with the practice of assembly task was proposed according to the characteristics of the process. Time components of manual task were analyzed and determined. Since the assembly task consists of manual operations mainly, a primitive operation decomposition method was presented to solve the difficulty in calculating the standard time in manual tasks. The definition of primitive operation and its decomposition rules were proposed. Common primitive operations of automobile assembly were defined and analyzed. The method was validated through the analysis of a set of assembly tasks and comparison with the former man-hour. The presented method simplifies the establishing process of man-hour and provided an excellent theory model for the quick, accurate establishment of basic man-hour.
