儿童椎间盘钙化病的CT表现(附16例分析)

摘要 目的:探讨儿童椎间盘钙化病(Interverte-bral disc calcification,IDC)的CT表现。方法:分析16例IDC的CT及X线表现,观察椎间盘钙化的形态和分布、椎体和椎间隙变化、椎管有无狭窄、椎旁软组织有无受累等。结果:16例IDC中,颈椎15例,胸椎1例。共26个椎间盘受累,其中77%为颈椎,其余为胸椎。钙化呈分叶或不规则团块状10例、盘状2例、碎裂状4例。16例钙化位于椎间盘前部,8例占据全椎间盘,2例仅位于椎间盘后部。结论:CT可敏感而直观的显示椎间盘钙化及邻近结构的改变。
