心脏变时性功能及心率变异在冠心病中的应用价值 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨心脏变时性功能不全以及心率变异在冠心病患者中的应用价值。方法235例经临床诊断为冠心病患者,应用标准Bruce方案进行亚极量平板运动试验,同步监测血压和12导联心电图,记录运动前,运动中及恢复期的血压和心电图。动态心电图检测分析心率变异、心肌缺血情况。结果235例冠心病患者平板运动试验中,3支冠脉病变者变时性功能不全者合并有ST段改变,心率变异呈SDNN、HF明显低于单支病变者;并且冠脉事件发生率明显增高。结论冠心病患者可通过心脏变时功能预测冠脉病变情况,以降低冠脉事件的发生。
