摘要
目的建立壮骨活血丸中吲哚美辛含量测定的方法。方法高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为YWG-C18(10μm,250×4.6mm),流动相为乙晴-0.1mol/L冰醋酸(50:50),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波为228nm。结果吲哚美辛在进样量为0.05μg-0.25μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.83%,RSD为0.46%。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用作该制剂中吲哚美辛的定量分析方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of indomethacin content in Zhuanggu Huoxue Pills. Methods Method of HPLC was applied in this study, with YWG - C 18 （ 10μm, 250mm × 4.6mm） used as chromatographic column, acetiontrile - 0. 1mo]/L acetic acid （50：50） as mobile phase and a 1.0mL/min as the velocity and a parameter of 228 nm as the detection wavelength. Results A good linear relationship was observed in the sample injection volume of indomethacin （ r = 0.995 ）, with an average recovery rate of 99.83%, and the RSD was 0.46%. Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control for quantitative analysis for indomethacin due to its simplicity, accuracy and repeatability.
