摘要
分党校是新形势下高校适应强化党建工作需要的必然产物。高校分党校的规范化建设对加强高校党校建设、加强大学生思想政治教育工作、提高基层党组织的凝聚力、战斗力和执行力都具有重要意义。通过对高校分党校建设情况进行分析可以得出:高校分党校规范化建设的几条途径是规范组织机构、规范办学理念、规范教学内容、规范考核制度等。
Sub-Party school is the product of reinforcement in the Party construction in the new situation. The standardization of sub-Party school in institutes of higher learning is significant to the construction of Party school, the enhancement of ideological and political education for college students, the promotion of the cohesion, combat effectiveness and executive power of the grassroots Party cells. This paper, through investigation and analysis, proposes some approaches to the standardization of the sub-Party school in institutes of higher learning.
