摘要
目的研究大花紫薇叶醋酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI、HP20P柱层析对大花紫薇叶醋酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,通过ESI-MS、NMR等光谱技术和化学方法鉴定所分离化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到7个化合物,分别为咖啡酸(caffeic acid,1)、咖啡酸乙酯(caffeic acid ethylester,2)、没食子酸乙酯(ethyl gallate,3)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(6,7-dihydroxy coumarin,4)、山萘酚(kaempferol,5)、槲皮素(quercetin,6)、金丝桃苷(hyperin,7)。结论7个化合物均为首次从该植物中获得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from ethyl acetate extract from Lagerstroemia speciosa (Linn.) Pets leaves. Methods The extract was isolated and purified by chromatograph over silica gel, Sephadex LH - 20, MCI, HP20P column. Their chemical structures were elucidated by chemical methods and spectral data ( ESI - MS, NMR). Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as caffeic acid ( 1 ) . caffeic acid ethylester ( 2 ), ethyl gallate ( 3 ), 6,7 - dihydroxy coumarin ( 4 ), kaempferol (5), quercetin (6), hyperin (7) respectively. Conclusion Compounds 1 - 7 were separated from the leaves of Lagerstroemia speciosa ( Linn. ) Pets for the first time.
