茉莉酸甲酯对丹参茎叶丹酚酸和丹酚酸B含量的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨茉莉酸甲酯(methy jasmonat,MJ)对栽培丹参的药效成分影响,并为丹参地上部分的开发利用提供一定的研究依据。方法采用比色法和HPLC法,以丹酚酸和丹酚酸B为检测指标,对茉莉酸甲酯处理的丹参茎叶样品进行检测。结果丹参种苗经茉莉酸甲酯喷施处理后的48h内,其茎叶中丹酚酸和丹酚酸B含量均高于对照,在所测试范围5×10^-9-5×10^-3的浓度中,随浓度的升高而含量增加。结论外施茉莉酸甲酯能促进丹参茎叶中的丹酚酸和丹酚酸B含量的积累,可以考虑在生产中加以应用,并注意今后在丹参的种植及采收中地上部分的利用。 Objective To study the effect of methyl jasmonate ( MJ) on medicine composition of cultivar Salvia miltiorrhiza, and provide some reference for the exploitation and utilization of the leaves and stems in Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods The leaves and stems of Salvia miltiorrhiza were treated with M J, the contents of salvianolic acid and salvianolic acid B were assayed by the methods of colorimetry and HPLC. Results Within the concentration of 5 ×10^-9 -5 ×10^-3 g/L, the contents of the salvianolic acid and salvianolie acid B in Salvia miltiorrhiza treated by MJ were higher than those in control, and increased while the concentration of MJ increased. Conclusion The contents of the salvianolic acid and salvianolic acid B in the leaves and stems of Salvia miltiorrhiza can be promoted by MJ, and utlization in cultivated planting of Salvia miltiorrhiza should be considered.
