摘要
目的探讨半叶马尾藻多糖[Sargassum hemiphyllum(Turner)C.Ag,SHP]对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法选取74MBq的32P-玻璃微球(32P-GMS)肿瘤内照射导致荷瘤小鼠辐射损伤,通过流式细胞术、分光光度法、酶释放法测定不同浓度的SHP对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的保护作用。结果照射组荷瘤小鼠免疫功能明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);200,400,800 mg/kg SHP口服灌胃加照射组荷瘤小鼠免疫功能明显高于照射组(P<0.01)。结论74MBq的32P-GMS肿瘤内照射可以抑制小鼠的免疫功能,SHP对辐射损伤小鼠的免疫功能有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Sargassum hemiphyllum (Turner) C. Ag polysaccharides (SHP) on the immune function in radiation damaged rats. Methods Intratumoral irration with 74MBq 32P - GMS generate radiation damage in tumor - bearing rats, and flow cytometry, photometry and lactic acid dehydrogenase release assay were adopted to detect the protective effect of different - dose SHP on the immune function in radiation damaged rats. Results Immune function of radiation group in tumor - bearing rats was obviously lower than that of normal control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The immune function in SHP ( 200,400,800 mg/kg) for oral use plus radiation group was obviously higher than that of normal control group(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Intratumoral irration with 74MBq ^32p _ GMS can restrain immune function in tumor -bearing rats, and SHP has protective effect on the immune function in radiation damage rats.
