摘要
在电火花放电加工过程中 ,采用负极性加工时 ,工具电极的损耗主要是由于火花放电前几百纳秒出现的电子流对工具电极表面的轰击造成的。本文对极间脉冲电流和电压的变化进行研究 ,推导出电子流传递给工具的能量 ,并考虑到放电过程中出现的正极积碳现象 ,在此基础上建立工具电极损耗量的模型。
In EDM process with tool as anode, tool wear is largely produced by electron current in gap during the frist hundreds nano seconds of the spark ignition. In this paper, through the investagetion on the change of current and voltage, the power produced by electrode current is formulated and some carbon precipitated on the surface of toll, namely anode, is thought of having a function of compensation to tools wear. On this baiss, a theoretical model of tool wear is built up. At last, some experiments is made in order to tested the mode.
