摘要 针对本厂在生产钨触点材料过程中,所遇到的劈裂、脆断、断面晶粒大小及分布不均、杆径同心度和平直度达不到要求等质量问题.在分析原因的基础上,采取按晶型将钨坯分类,确定对应的加工温度,对出成品前的1~2道旋锻工序采用加工单进行控制,对施锻模的椭圆度、定径区长度加以控制等一系列改进措施,使产品质量和成材率均得到一定提高。 During processing of W contact materials, we meet the product's quality problems, such as split, cracks, uneven crystal size distribution in fractures, and inconsistent with requirements to rod concentricity, flatness, etc. To solve the problems, analysis and experiments were made. Product quality and rate of finished product has been improved using the following measures: tungsten slugs are forged under different temperature according to their grain size type; rotary forging is controlled by working rate; dimension parameters of the die, such as ellipticity, diameter-fixing length, etc. are subjected to controll.
