摘要
指出高校现行的学分制现状的存在的问题,通过对通才教育和专才教育的比较分析,提出新建本科院校学分制人才培养模式的设计要抓住新建本科院校特点及学分制核心内容、本质特征、特点,指出这对构建新建本科院校学分制人才培养模式具有参考意义。
The status quo, problems, and countermeasures on present universities credit system are put forward. With the analysis between general education and specialist education, the viewpoint is also put forward, that the kernel, the essential features and characteristics must be paid special attention to on the design for the modes of student capability cultivation under credit system at newly-established universities. It is significant on the construction of the modes of student capability cultivation under credit system at newly- established universities.
