摘要
"核心技能"已经成为当下教育政策制定者指导职业技术教育发展的理论依据。通过对以英国为代表的"核心技能职业技术教育范式"和以法国、德国及日本为代表的"普通职业技术教育范式"的比较,发现前者在公民的通识教育、基础科学教育方面重视不够,不符合现代社会对公民素质的要求,也不利于学生职业能力的可持续发展。因此,"普通职业技术教育范式"应该成为今后我国职业技术教育改革和发展的努力方向。
"Core skills" has become the theoretical basis for current education policy makers to develop technical vocational education training. Through the comparison of TVET between the "Core skills" type of TVET in the United Kingdom and the "general technical and vocational education" paradigm in France, Germany and Japan, it is found that the former pays little attention to the general education and the basic science education which is not fit in with the civic requirement of the modern society and against the sustainable development of the students' employment skills. It is suggested that "general and technical vocational education" paradigm should be a better selection on the path of Chinese TVET development and reform in the future.
