摘要
目的:建立利肝隆颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对靛蓝、靛玉红、黄芪、黄芪甲苷、绿原酸进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量。色谱柱:Agilent-C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(20∶79∶1),检测波长:327nm,流速:1.0ml/min,进样量20μl,柱温30℃。结果:绿原酸在0.08416~0.50496μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.98%,RSD=0.052%(n=5);靛蓝、靛玉红、黄芪、黄芪甲苷、绿原酸定性鉴别均符合规定。结论:本方法简便快捷,结果准确,可用于利肝隆颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Liganlong Granules. Methods: Lamella chromatogram method was selected to determinate the indigotin, indirubin, radix astragali, astragaloside and chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid was determinated by RP-HPLC. The Agileng-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 um) column was used The mobile phases consisted of methanol, water and acetic acid (20:79:1), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 327 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results: The linear ranges of chlorzoxazone was at 0.084 16-0.504 96 ug (r=0.999 9), the average recoveries was 99.98% with a RSD of 0.052%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Liganlong Granules.
