摘要
中国柽柳(Tamarix chinensis)属于盐生植物。本文采用石蜡切片法对于分布于埃及红海岸的中国柽柳的茎、叶的解剖结构进行了观察和对比分析。结果表明:埃及中国柽柳具有显著的盐生植物结构特征,突出表现在:叶的表皮细胞外覆有发达的角质层,气孔下陷,形成气孔室;茎、叶的表皮上有盐腺;茎、叶的表皮内侧为栅栏组织细胞层,细胞内有较多的叶绿体。
Tamarix chinensis belongs to halophyte. In this paper, the method of paraffin section has been used to observe and analyze the anatomic structure of stem, leaf of Chinese Tamarix chinensis located in the seacoast of Red Sea in Egypt. The results show that Chinese Tamarix chinensis in Egypt possess prominent characteristics of halophyte, such as developed cuticle layers covering the epithermal cells of leaves, the substomatal chamber formed by sinking of stoma, salt gland on the surface of stems and leaves, more chloroplasts in palisade cells of stems and leaves.
