原子吸收光谱法测定血浆铅及儿童血浆铅含量调查

摘要 目的建立一种适用于常规快速检测血浆铅分析方法。方法用Triton X-100+HNO3作为基体改进剂,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测血浆铅,同时进行方法和条件的探讨。结果以Triton X-100+HNO3作基体改进剂时,方法精密度为2.6%~6.9%,回收率为89.5%~116.0%。827例儿童血浆铅范围为0.1—44.1μg/L,中位数为4.7μg/L。结论该法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、回收率高的优点,可作为常规快速检测血浆铅分析方法。 Objective To establish a rapid and convenient method for plasma lead determination. Methods Triton X-100 and nitric acid were used as matrix improver. The level of plasma lead was measured by atomic absorption spectrometry, and the condition of this method was investigated. Results The precision of this method was 2.6% 6.9% , and the recovery ratio was 89.5% - 116.0%. The level of plasma lead in 827 children was 0.1 -44.1 μg/L, and the median was 4.7 μg/L. Conclusions Zeeman-GFAAS method is simple, rapid, sensitive and shows highrecovery. It is an ideal method for determining plasma lead.
