摘要
高职院校实施全员竞聘,是人力资源管理改革的有益尝试。全员竞聘是顺应高职教育发展大势的迫切需要、促进各项事业发展的迫切要求、广大教职工的迫切愿望,实施过程中应坚持因校制宜、因事设岗、因人而异的原则。全体教职工应本着对事业、对组织负责的态度来理解、支持、参与和配合学院做好这项工作。
The implementation of full-staffs competing for employment is a useful attempt of the reform of personnel management. It meets the needs of the development of higher vocational education, urgent requirements and desire of the majority staffs. In the implementation, we should adhere to follow the principles of the school, real working position, and can vary from different persons condition.
