摘要
由于电机轴台阶直径变化量不大,且台阶间以小圆角过渡。提出了采用高效、节材的开式冷挤压工艺代替传统切削加工工艺成形电机轴台阶的方法,分析了电机轴台阶开式冷挤压的两种成形方法:一步法与两步法。数值模拟及实验研究表明:一步法开式冷挤压成形电机轴工艺只能在小的变形程度(ε<3%)下获得成功,且不能得到较满意的圆角;证明了电机轴台阶两步挤压成形的可行性。
The diameters of the electromotor shaft shoulder can be changed in a small range. There are small fillet transitions between the shoulders. The open-die cold extrusion technology was used instead of traditional cutting method to manufacture the eleetromotor shaft shoulder, which was highly efficient and material saving. Two methods (one-step and two-step approaches) were analyzed. Based on the results of the simulation and experiment, one-step open-die cold extrusion process for motor shaft would be implemented successfully only in a small deformation degree (ε〈3%), while satisfied corner could not be attained. The forming feasibility of two-step approach was verified.
