摘要
采用温挤压制坯与温冲压成形相结合的近净成形加工技术,对壁薄且外形复杂的2A12铝合金小型外壳体进行精密成形加工。将圆柱体坯料放入箱式加热炉内加热至(400±20)℃并保温一定时间,用猪油作润滑剂,在YX32-100型四柱液压机上进行温挤压制坯,然后在J23-63型冲床上进行温冲压成形。成形加工的2A12铝合金薄壁外壳体锻件,其内腔表面粗糙度达到Ra0.8~1.6,内腔侧壁与底面的圆角小于R0.2 mm,内腔尺寸精度高且一致性好,无砂眼、毛刺、裂纹和折叠等缺陷;锻件除两端面留有加工余量外,其余部分不再后续切削加工就可以达到外壳体零件的尺寸精度、表面质量和形位公差等要求。
The near-net-shape forming process of warm extrusion and warm stamping was employed to manufacture the precision forgings for the complex and thin-wall shell body made of 2A12 aluminium alloy. By heating cylinder billets under the condition of heating temperature of (400±20)℃ and heating-up for a period of time, employing the lard to lubricate the die, the perform was done by warm extruding on the YX32-100 four-column hydraulic press and forgings were made by warm stamping on J23-63 C-frame press. The forgings by this near-net-shape forming process not only has lower surface roughness, higher dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability, but no defect, such as sand hole, overlap, crack and flash etc.. The forgings ean be satisfied with the technical data, such as surface quality, dimensional accuracy and fitting tolerance, etc. , except for small post machining of both ends of the forgings.
