摘要
目的:了解高师新生心理健康状况。为开展心理健康教育提供参考。方法:采用大学生人格问卷对湛江师范学院2008级新生进行心理健康调查。结果:第一类、二类学生分别占总人数的16.36%和25.95%;总分分布主要集中在低分段,在0~4分处达到峰值;新生的主要心理症状表现为情绪人格问题、强迫症状和人际关系障碍;总平均分存在学科、性别和考生类别之间的差异。结论:新生总体上心理健康状况良好.但也有一部分学生须引起关注。建议:从开展新生入学教育等几个方面入手.改善大学新生心理健康状况。
Objective: To explore the mental health of normal university freshmen and to supply meaningful references for the mental health education of undergraduates. Methods: University personality inventory was used to investigate the Zhanjiang Normal College freshmen in 2008. Results. The percentages of the students meeting the first and second selection standards were 16.36% and 25.95% respectively. The number is mainly concentrated on low score division. Psychological complaints center on mood and personality issues, compulsive tendencies, and disruptive interpersonal relationships. The level of mental health showed significant difference with regards to students' major, sex, and examinee categories. Conclusion: The overall mental health of the normal university freshmen is well, hut some students need help. Suggestions: Some mental measures such as education for freshmen would contribute effectively to the improvement in their mental health.
