摘要
将两种储能材料进行混熔处理,形成二元共熔体系,拓宽材料的熔程,得到熔化温度范围较宽、性能更优越的储能材料.然后采用溶胶-凝胶工艺对二元储能材料进行复合,开发出具有蓄热调温性能的二元储能材料/SiO2复合储能材料.结果表明:最佳工艺为水酯比4,前驱体溶液pH值3,反应温度60℃,TEOS∶二元储能材料∶EtOH=1∶1.77∶8.24(摩尔比),此复合二元储能材料的调温性能良好.
Two kinds of energy storing materials are mixed to form a binary euteetic system to reduce the materials' melting point to get binary energy storing materials with a wider temperature range and better performance. Sol-gel process is employed to composite binary energy storing materials to get binary energy storing materials with temperature-regulated property. The optimum process conditions obtained are as following: H2O : TEOS= 4 : 1, the precursor solution pH = 3, the reaction temperature 60 ℃, the amount of binary energy storing materials TEOS: binary energy storing materials : EtOH = 1 : 1.77 : 8.24(molar ratio). The experiments show that the binary energy storing materials processes good temperature-regulated property.
