妊娠期糖尿病母亲婴儿合并心肌肥厚的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解妊娠期糖代谢异常对胎儿心脏的影响。方法对37例糖尿病母亲的新生儿、12例糖耐量异常母亲的新生儿及20例血糖正常母亲的新生儿于生后1周内进行血糖及超声心动图检查,分析可能导致胎儿室间隔增厚的影响因素。结果糖尿病和糖耐量异常母亲的新生儿室间隔厚度明显大于血糖正常母亲的新生儿(P均<0.05)。糖尿病母亲的新生儿心脏畸形的发生率明显高于血糖正常母亲的新生儿。结论妊娠期血糖异常可对胎儿及新生儿心脏造成较大影响,孕早期血糖监控对减少婴儿心脏畸形的发生有较大意义。 Objective It is to comprehend the influence of carbohydrate dysbolism in gestational period on the heart of fetus. Methods The blood sugar and ultrasonic cardiogram of 37 neonatus whose mothers were diabetes patients, 12 neonatus whose mothers were glucose tolerance abnormal patients and 20 neonatus whose mothers were euglycemia mothers were detected in one week after birth, and the influence factor that maybe induce interventricular septum of fetus thickening were analyzed. Results The interventricular septal thickness of the neonatus whose mothers were diabetes patients and the neonatus whose mothers were glucose tolerance abnormal patients were obviously thicker than that of the neonatus whose mothers were euglycemia mothers (all P 〈 0.05). The incidences of heart abnormalities in the neonatus whose mothers were diabetes patients were obviously higher than that in the neonatus whose mothers were euglycemia mothers. Conclusion Pathoglycemia in gestational period may have biggish influence on the hearts of fetus and neonatus. Blood sugar monitoring has biggish meaning on decreasing the incidences of heart abnormalities.
