老视前期近视患者LASIK术后调节幅度变化

Study on the changes in amplitude of accommodation after LASIK in myopia before presbyopia

摘要 目的观察老视前期近视病人LASIK术后半年内单眼调节幅度(amplitude of accommodation,AMP)的变化。方法用LASIK治疗老视前期近视患者(40≤年龄〈45岁)35例,共68只眼,所有被测者均进行规范的检影验光和综合验光,采用负镜片法在术前、术后1周、1月、3个月和6个月测量单眼调节幅度,所得结果输入SPSS14.0统计软件包。结果LASIK后1周、1个月、3个月的调节幅度明显低于术前AMP(P〈0.05),术后6个月老视前期近视患者调节幅度与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论老视前期近视患者LASIK术后早期单眼调节幅度表现为先下降,后上升,至术后6月时AMP基本恢复到术前戴镜水平;LASIK手术对老视前期近视患者的远期单眼调节幅度无明显不良影响。 Objective To analyze the changes in the amplitude of accommodation at early stage after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in myopia before presbyopia. Methods Thirty-five myopia patients, whose ages were older than forty but younger than forty-five,underwent myopia LASIK. Refraction was measured with MPMVA,amplitude of accommodation was measured with that before surgery, 1 week, l month, 3. and 6 months after surgery. SPSS 14.0 software was used as statistical analysis. Results At 1 week, 1 month and 3 months post-operation, amplitude of accommodation was significant smaller than that of wearing glasses before surgery (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference between AMP before surgery and that on 6 months. Conclusions There was no influence on patients' amplitude of accommodation after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) whose ages are older than 40 but younger than 45.
