摘要
针对功率质量比要求很高的功率驱动场合,提出了一种轻质量高功率的直流电机驱动器系统。驱动器电路的核心器件为一片CPLD和多片智能功率芯片SPM-IGBT。介绍了电路的硬件设计原理,描述了控制软件的程序结构。系统重量仅为1 kg左右,输出功率达7 kW;经实验表明,系统具有工作稳定、功耗低、体积小、可靠性高、控制灵活等特点,具有一定实用价值。
For power driver demand with high power-weight ratio, Proposed a light high-power DC motor drive system. A CPLD device and smart power chips are core of the drive circuits. Illustrated the design principle of hardware circuit, described the program structure of control software. The weight of system just around 1 kg, the output power but reaches 7 kW, at the same time, the system also has the many characteristics, for example, stable job, low power consumption, small size, high reliability, flexible control and so on.
