摘要
目的通过调查和分析,找到影响冠心病健康教育的因素,以便采取相应的健康教育方式及护理措施,提高健康教育效果。方法应用"一般资料问卷"、"医学应对问卷"、"社会支持评定量表"、"日常生活能力量表(ADL量表)"对54例冠心病患者进行调查和分析。结果健康教育与冠心病患者性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与患者的年龄、应对方式、文化程度、社会支持、日常生活能力差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论影响冠心病患者健康教育的因素有年龄、文化程度、应对方式、社会支持情况、日常生活能力等。在对冠心病患者进行健康教育时,要帮助患者建立良好的社会支持系统,根据患者的具体情况,进行有目的的个体化教育。
Objective To find the factor of influencing health education in patients with coronary heart disease by analysis and Investigation, take corresponding education mode and nursing measure to improve it. Methods Investigation and analysis 54 patients with coronary heart disease with common questionnaire, medical coping mode questionnaire, social support rating scale, the activities of daily living measuring scale(ADL). Results There is signification difference in age, coping style, cultural level, social support, ability of daily life of patients (P〈0.05)but no difference in gender (P〉0.05). Conclusion There are many factors which effect health education in patients with coronary heart disease,such as age, coping style, cultural level, social support, ability of daily life. When we perform health education in patients with coronary heart disease,we should help them set up a better social support system and have individual health education in according with specific condition.
