摘要
重新界定了农业推广的定义、本质、目的、目标及任务,在认清现行农业推广工作缺陷的基础上,提出了构建科学、适用的当代中国农业推广体系应由两部分组成,一是要建立农业科技推广的程序体系;二是要构建专业技能培训体系,开展科技文化教育、家政教育、法治教育和国情教育,健全农业推广法律体系。
The definition of agricultural extension, the nature, purpose, objectives and tasks was redefined again, on the basis of a clear understanding on the existing deficiencies in the work of agricultural extension, construction of science, application of agricultural extension system in China was proposed, which should be composed of two parts, one was the establishment of procedures for the promotion of agricultural science and technology system; Second, it was necessary to build professional skills training systems, science and technology education, home economics education, rule of law education and national education, and a sound legal system of agricultural extension.
