摘要
比较YB/T 5033—2001和GB/T 21530—2008中B级棉花打包钢丝在抗拉强度、断后伸长率、弯曲、镀锌层等方面的异同。根据新疆棉花含水率较低、回胀力较大的特性,制订适合新疆棉花生产的企业标准。建议在制订标准时应注意:在保证抗拉强度和断后伸长率的前提下,尽量提高钢丝的弯曲指标;采用较薄的电镀锌层(锌层面质量≥25g/m2)即可满足防腐需求;允许非标准捆重钢丝,且每捆钢丝由1根组成;控制钢丝的抗拉强度上限值,并且同一捆钢丝强度差值尽可能小。
To compare the differences and similarities of B level steel wire for cotton packaging in the following aspects such as tensile strength, percentage elongation after fracture, bending and galvanized coat between YB/T 5033--2001 and GB/T 21530--2008. According to the properties of low moisture content, big back bulging force in Xinjiang cotton, enterprise standard suitable for Xinjiang cotton production should be made. It is suggested that on the condition of assuring tensile strength and percentage elongation after fracture when making standard, bending index of steel wire should be improved possibly. Adopting thin zinc electroplating layer such as zinc coating mass no less than 25 g/m2 , the anti-corrosion requirement can be satisfied. Non-standard package weight steel wire is permitted, and each pack steel wire consists one wire. The tensile strength upper limited of steel wire should be controlled. And the tensile strength deviation of same pack steel wire should be small possibly.
