摘要 为了更加准确地识别路网中的瓶颈路段,并向路网规划与交通管理提供决策支持,确定了路网瓶颈路段识别的主要影响因子,利用粗糙集方法将通行能力、路网拓扑结构、安全性、常发性拥挤频率与交通流时间均衡系数设为瓶颈路段识别的条件属性。提出了基于粗糙集的路网瓶颈路段识别方法,通过规则提取以识别路网瓶颈路段。通过一个示例路网,验证了路网瓶颈路段识别方法的有效性。该方法也为交通管理者提供了一种实用的路网瓶颈知识获取方法。 In order to identify the bottleneck links in road network more accurately and provide decision support for road network planning and traffic management, the major influencing factors of bottleneck links identification were determined.Traffic capacity, road network topological structure, security, recurrent congestion frequency and traffic flow time balance factor were defined as condition attributes for bottleneck links identification based on rough set. The bottleneck links identification method was proposed through roles extraction based on rough set theory. The numerical result of a case study testified the effectiveness of the proposed mode, which also can be a knowledge acquisition method of bottleneck links for traffic management.
