摘要
对现场参量准确的测量是高性能温度控制的基础。以单片机AT89C51作为温度监控核心部件,采用热电偶温度传感器、运算放大器、A/D转换器等构成温度采集模块,通过对采集到的温度数据值进行比例积分微分运算处理,并采用RS 485与上位机进行通信,实现一种温度监控系统的设计。实验表明该系统具有转换速度快、精度高、控制能力强等特点。
The exact measurement of field parameter lay the foundation for obtaining excellent temperature control performance. A temperature monitoring control system is designed, which is based on MCU AT89C52. The temperature acquisition module is made up of thermocouple temperature sensor, operation amplifiers, A/D converters etc. The sample data is Processed with Proportional - Integral - Derivative controller(PID controller) and RS 485 is used to communicate with the upper computer. The measured results indicate that the system has merits of fast converted response,higher precision, excellent ability in temperature control.
