摘要
研究了电解液、LiCoO2粒径、极片厚度和隔膜厚度对聚合物锂离子电池-40℃放电性能的影响。用SW2016C型电解液、D50=3~5μm的LiCoO2、厚度为0.095mm的极片及17μm的隔膜,制备额定容量为4000mAh的PL906495H型电池,在-40℃时的0.20C、1.00C放电容量分别为常温时的77%和52%。
The influences of particle size of LiCoO2, electrolyte, electrode thickness and separator thickness at - 40℃ discharge performance of polymer Li-ion battery were studied. At -40 ℃, the 0.20 C and 1.00 C discharge capacity of PLg06495H type battery(nominal capacity was 4 000 mAh)prepared with electrolyte SW2016C, LiCoO2 of D50 = 3 - 5 μm,electrode with thickness of 0.095 mm and separator with thickness of 17 μm were 77% and 52% compared with the normal temperature ones.
