实施家属同步健康教育提高创伤性截瘫患者生活质量的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨创伤性截瘫患者及家属同步实施健康教育对患者生存质量的影响。方法:选择住院的76例创伤性截瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,两组患者均在常规治疗的同时接受健康教育,观察组在此基础上同步实施家属健康教育,分别于患者入院时、出院时进行问卷调查,患者出院3个月进行随访,评价并发症发生情况。结果:两组患者出院时与入院时生活质量比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);观察组出院时与对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.01);出院后3个月并发症发生情况比较,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对创伤性截瘫患者家属同步实施健康教育,使患者得到家属的支持,提高家属的照顾品质,减少并发症的发生,有助于提高创伤性截瘫患者生活质量。 Objective:To discuss the effect of health education for family members on daily life ability of patients with traumatic paraplegia. Methods :76 patients with traumatic paraplegia were divided into observation group and control group,38 patients in each group,the patients in two groups were adopted normal therapy and health education , at the same time the observation group implement health education for family members. To investigate when the patients admission and discharge by questionnaire,and following visit after patient left hospital 3 months,to assess the occur rate of complications. Rasults:There was remarkable difference between groups on on daily life ability when the patients admission and discharge( P 〈0.01 ) ;the occur rate of complications in observation group was lower than in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion :To implement health education for family members of patients with traumatic paraplegia could acquire the support of family members, improve the quality of care and reduce the occur of complications,it is propitious to improve the quality of life of patients with traumatic paraplegia.
