摘要
目的:探讨重症药疹有效的辅助治疗方法。方法:77例住院重症药疹患者采用1/10000高锰酸钾浸浴,观察皮疹消退及创面愈合情况。结果:77例患者中治愈67例,好转9例,无效1例,总有效率为98.70%。结论:高锰酸钾浸浴可有效治疗重症药疹。
Objective ：To observe the effectiveness of immersion bath with potassium permanganate on patients with severe drug eruption. Methods ： Seventy - seven hospitalized patients with severe drug eruption were treated by immersion bath with potassium permanganate, the process of remission of rash and heal- ing of would surface were recorded. Results：Sixty - seven patients with severe drug eruption were cured, nine patients with severe drug eruption were improved,the overall effective rate was 98.7%. Conclusion：Severe drug eruption can be treated by immersion bath with potassium permanganate effectively.
