摘要
目的:探讨CTA成像技术在主动脉瘤,夹层动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:对临床怀疑主动脉瘤,夹层动脉瘤的32例患者成功地进行CTA检查,扫描延迟时间采用造影剂跟踪扫描(Bolus Tracking)。采用三维工作站对数据进行MIP、MPR、CPR(曲面重建)、VRT(容积漫游技术)、VE(仿真内镜)重建。结果:32例主动脉多排螺旋CT血管三维成像,经MIP、MRP、CRP、VRT等方法成像,可清晰显示动脉瘤体及夹层动脉瘤的真假腔及破裂口。结论:CTA的MIP、MPR及VRT技术在显示主动脉瘤,夹层动脉瘤方面各有其优势并可相互补充,从而清楚地显示动脉瘤及其与周围的组织关系。主动脉多排螺旋CT血管三维成像(MSCTA3D)是一种安全、有效、无创性的检查,临床上值得推广应用。
Objective To probe into the application values of CTA imaging techniques on diagnosis of aortic aneurysm and aortic dissecting aneurysm(ADA). Methods Successful examination on 32 cases of clinically suspected aortic aneurysm and ADA. Bolus tracking was introduced for delayed scan. Reconstruction works of MIP, MPR, CPR, VRT and VE were done at the 3-D workstation. Results The true/false cavities and ruptures of aortic aneurysms and ADAs can be clearly shown by multi-slice CT's 3-D arterial imaging on 32 cases of thoracic aneurysm. Conclusion MIP, MPR, and VRT techniques of CTA has its own advantages and can be complemented each other, thus aneurysms and their surrounding organs and tissues can be clearly displayed. 3-D multi-slice spiral CTA of aorta is a safe, effective, and non-invasive examination, which is worth applying widely at real clinical works.
