摘要
介绍了采用水刺工艺替代了原有的针刺工艺来开发复合PPS纤维耐高温过滤材料,说明了新产品开发所用的原料和生产工艺流程,通过实验分析了最终产品的性能,指出了产品的应用前景。
Needle-punched process is substituted by spunlaced process to develop composite PPS fiber high-temp-re- sistant filter material. Raw material and production flow process for new product development is explained. Final product performance is analysed through testing, and product application prospect is pointed out.
