水稻插秧机秧针运动轨迹模拟——基于MATLAB及COSMOSMotion 被引量:3

摘要 建立了水稻插秧机分插机构秧针运动的数学模型,利用所得方程借助MATLAB软件编制程序,分别精确模拟出秧针端点的理论运动轨迹,并应用与SolidWorks无缝集成的COSMOS Motion三维动力学仿真软件对分插机构进行了模拟,得到分插机构秧针前端点运动轨迹图对理论运动轨迹加以验证,为选择合理的分插机构的结构参数提供依据。 This article established the mathematical model about the movement of paddy rice transplanter's transplanting mechanism to insert the organization rice shoot needle, using the obtained equation with the aid of the MATLAB software coding, so simulate the rice transplanter needle vertex's theory path precisely. And use COSMOS Motion, three dimen- sional dynamics simulation software which seamless with SolidWorks, to carry on the simulation of transplanting mecha- nism, obtaining the vertex's movement track diagram of the rice transplanter needle vertex to confirm to the theory path. Provide the basis for choicing the branch rice transplanter reasonably.
