摘要
采用容量法测定生石膏在多种溶液中的溶解规律,结果表明:生石膏在强电解质、铵盐溶液及盐酸溶液中的溶解度差异较大,并且受酸度、盐溶液浓度影响显著;在浓度为30%-40%的柠檬酸铵溶液中的溶解度最大;在盐酸浓度为10%、氯化镁、氯化钠浓度均为5%的混合溶液中的溶解度可达2.04g/100mL,其研究结果对常压酸化法制备石膏晶须工艺的开发具有指导意义。
The solution laws of plaster stone in many solutions were studied by using the volumetric method to measure solubility of plaster stone. The results showed that solubility of plaster stone changed greatly in strong electrolytic solution, ammonium salt solution and hydrochloric acid solution, the solubility was affected by the acidity and the concentration of salt solution. The solubility of plaster stone had a maximum in the ammonium citrate solution ( 30% - 40wt% concentration ). It could reach 2.04g/ 100mmL in the mixed solution of hydrochloric acid ( 10wt% ) , magnesium chloride (Swt%) and sodium chloride (Swt%). The results were of certain guiding significance for development of plaster stone whisker technology by the atmospheric pressure acidification method.
