摘要
支架内血栓是药物洗脱支架的重要并发症之一,严重危及患者的生命。支架内血栓的发生有其一定的病理生理基础,文中详细论述了其发生、发展的各种影响因素,阐明了支架内血栓的检测方法和措施,分析了支架内血栓的危险信息识别体系和临床作用,提出了支架内血栓的预测和防治方法与措施。
The stent thrombosis is an important complication of drug-eluting stent, Which seriously endangers the lives of patients. The occurring of stent thrombosis must be in a certain pathophysiological basis. The article in detail discussed various factors in its occurrence and development, and clarified the stent thrombosis detection methods and measures, then analyzed the risk of stent thrombosis and clinical information system to identify it. Based on that we have made stent thrombosis forecast and control measures.
