摘要
介绍了仪表用小型步进电机零位标定的几种主要方法。通过比较传感器法、专用芯片法和直接归零法,指出不同方法的优、缺点及适用范围。针对恒速不变转矩归零法和加速递减转矩法的不足,提出了一种恒速递减转矩归零方法。实验表明:该法归零可靠,定位准确,归零过程平稳。
Various methods for zero position identification of instrument stepper motor were introduced in this paper. Through comparing among principles of sensor method, special chip method and direct return method, the advantages, disadvantages and application scopes were put forward. Against the deficiency of constant rotational speed & invariant torque method as well as acceleration rotational speed & decreased torque method, a constant rotational speed and decreased torque method was proposed. The results showed that this method was reliable and accurate for zero position identification while the stepper motor operated smoothy and quietly.
