摘要
目的研究荷叶提取物的体外抗氧化活性。方法通过测量荷叶不同溶剂提取物DPPH自由基清除能力测定、超氧阴离子自由基清除能力测定、羟基自由基清除能力、抗脂质过氧化活性、对食用油脂的抗氧化性,进而计算出不同提取物的各种体外抗氧化能力,最后分别与Vc的各种抗氧化活性进行比较。结果乙醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性最强,水提取物次之。结论荷叶提取物体具有体外抗氧化活性,但不同溶剂的荷叶提取物的体外抗氧化活性差异存在显著性。
[Objective] To study lotus leaf extract in vitro antioxidant activity. [Methods] After investigating on different antioxidant models, antioxidant capacity in vitro of the extracts made by different solvents were calculated. The results were compared with that of vitamin C. [Results] The antioxidant activity in vitro of ethanol extract was the highest, and water extract followed. [Conclusions] The extracts of lotus leaves has affirmatory antioxidant activities in vitro. The strengthes of antioxidant activity of the extracts made by different solvents have different signifieantce.
