摘要
以中碳钢为研究对象,调整Mn、S含量,添加0.3%左右的铜作为残余元素,研究铜在钢中的偏析以及在夹杂物上的析出情况。利用扫描电镜及能谱仪研究发现当钢中锰含量从0.0084%提高到0.094%,可以减轻铜沿原奥氏体晶界的偏析程度。锰含量为0.44%时,铜在硫化锰夹杂上的析出比例可以达到94.6%,继续提高锰含量对提高铜的析出比例无益。通过二元匹配度的计算,可以得出,无论Cu在钢中以何种形式存在,MnS夹杂较氧化硅、氧化铝夹杂更适合铜析出,计算结果与实验结果吻合。
In addition of about 0. 30% copper to medium carbon steel, the present study changed the content of manganese and sulfur content to investigate on the effect of manganese and sulfur content on copper precipitation in inclusion, and copper intergranular segregation on the grain boundary during cooling. Manganese content changed from 0. 0084% to 0. 094% , the segregation of copper on the boundary is reduced. When manganese content is 0. 44% , the proportion of copper precipitation in sulfide to the total sulfide is 94. 6%. The manganese content of increasing again is not helpful for increasing the proportion of copper precipitation. The disregistry between the lattice parameters of the copper particles and the inclusions is calculated, which proves manganese sulfide is better to the silicon oxide and aluminum oxide for copper to precipitation on.
